Your watch was manufactured by people passionate about watchmaking. Each watch is made to our exacting standards and is designed, assembled, regulated and warrantied in-house, here in Portland, Oregon. If for any reason yours stops working, reach out to our team and we’ll fix it free of charge (so long as it’s not lost or stolen) through the duration of your warranty.
All orders ship from our office in China, Guangzhou. We offer local pick ups as well. Orders are processed within 24 business hours. We notify our customers with order details and tracking information the moment it is available. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout and determined by the customer’s shipping location.
If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, you have seven days (7 calendar days) from it’s delivered date to contact us for a return or exchange.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unaltered and undamaged. We issue refunds after we have received your returned items. Refunded payments are typically processed within 24 hours; however, bank processing times may vary.
